Can I cancel my order’s Worry-Free Delivery purchase?
Generally, the insurance cannot be cancelled once the order has been shipped, as the protection is already active. Please contact support before shipment if you wish to remove it.
What if I didn’t purchase the insurance?
vapsolo will still assist you with lost or damaged packages, but you may need to follow the standard investigation process with the carrier, which can take longer (typically 7–14 business days).
What evidence should I provide for a damaged item?
Upload clear photos of the outer box (including the shipping label), the inner packaging, and the damaged product. A short video showing the functional issue can help speed up approval.
My package says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it. What should I do first?
Please check your mailbox, neighbors, building reception, and any safe-drop locations. Then file a claim within 7 days and provide at least one valid proof (e.g., police report, carrier statement, or security footage).
